Such a great spot! The restaurant was super clean, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was incredible. The tacos were packed with flavor, the salsa was top-tier, and the prices were very fair. One of those places you’re excited to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!

Always order this place for take out! But love the vibes inside. They are the best around. Best salsa & chips/ pico the ribeye is amazing! Definitely recommend!

The best Mexican in the area by far! The staff is so friendly, prices are amazing, and the food is absolutely incredible. So glad we live close as we will be here once a week.

Ok need another Mexican restaurant like we need more apts on Wilcox BUT this place is great. A big part is that their prices are better than other local places for the portion they serve. If it includes guacamole you are going to get a big scoop, same with sour cream. The beef taquitos appetizer came with a bowl of green chile and huge scoops of guac and sour cream all for 12.99. Quesa Birria tacos were not dropping in oil and the consommé tastes like rich hearty beef broth and not a bowl of oil. Fajitas were well seasoned and decent quality meat and the meat had a char and the veggies were caramelized. They don't upcharge you for chips and salsa. There are so many choices on the menu, we can't wait to go back and try more. Very homey unpretentious atmosphere.

Chapala is always consistently great. The food comes out fast, everything tastes fresh, and the portions are solid. The service is friendly every time we come in, and the atmosphere is relaxed and easy for a casual lunch or dinner. One of the best reliable spots in Castle Rock for Mexican food. Highly recommend. Shout out to mi amigo José at the bar — excellent service.

Delicious & authentic food! We come from Arizona & so far living in Colorado we’ve found the Mexican food to be below average. We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, & staff! We got the Molcajete & ceviche it was amazing!

PINCHE FUEGO!!!! Ordered the quesa barilla taco plate Togo. Was excellent even after my 10 plus minute drive home! Now I can’t wait to bring my family back for a dine in experience. Service was great! The manager that helped me was extremely knowledgeable on which items were safe for my wife with celiacs. We shared the taco plate and were both pleasantly filled up. I ask normally don’t get beans, but these were some of the best refried beans I’ve ever had.
